Cancellation and Deposit Policy

At DLUXESPA, we value the time of both our clients and our therapists. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Deposit Requirement

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm and secure your appointment.

• This deposit will be applied as a credit toward the total cost of your service on the day of your session.

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of [12] hours' notice (24 or 48 hours is standard).

• Timely Notice: If you cancel or reschedule before the required notice period, your $25 deposit will be held on file and applied to your next appointment.

• Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule without the required notice, the $50 deposit will not be refunded or credited, as it partially compensates for the lost time.

 

3. Late Arrival Policy (Strict)

 

• We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

• 15 Minutes Late or More: • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled time, the appointment is automatically cancelled.

• We will not be able to perform the massage session at this time, as it prevents us from serving our subsequent clients on schedule.

• The session will be considered a "No-Show" (Late Cancellation), and your $50 deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable and non-transferable).

 

 Note: If you arrive slightly late (e.g., 5-10 minutes), your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is seen on time.
